DP World Tour Championship

Pete ended a superb year with a share of 10th place at the DP World Tour Championship.

Still struggling with illness, he started the week with a solid round of 71 and improved his position with a 68 on Friday and a 65 on Saturday before closing with a 69 to finish four shots back.

He finished 18th in The Race to Dubai, securing a place at next year's WGC-Mexico Championship, and, having started 2017 in 279th, was 56th in the Official World Golf Rankings.

Pete will have the rest of the year off and his first tournament of 2018 is likely to be the Sony Open in Hawaii.
